About Us
DR. Patnam Mahender Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences, and DR. Patnam Mahender Reddy General Hospital established under Rinish Educational Society, registered under Societies Act., at Chevella Town, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, is a hospital with its state of art ultra modern facilities, providing general and specialized healthcare with the bed strength of 1120.
Our mission is to cater the health care needs of established standards to every individual living in the regions, in and around, the Chevella village. The health care services are provided to all the needy, poor and deserving people.
The college is recognized by Govt. of India and National Medical Commission and is affiliated by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana. The medical college commenced with 150 MBBS admissions annually from the year 2019-20. Since its inception, the hospital has set up full fledged ICU, ICCU, NICU, PICU, SICU care, operation theaters with ultra modern facilities to handle surgeries along with pre and post operative wards to serve patients.
CHAIRMAN
Dr. Patnam Mahender Reddy Garu was born on 23rd September 1963 in Golluriguda, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. A veterinary doctor by profession and a distinguished politician, he served as a four-time MLA from the Tandur constituency and as Telangana’s first Minister for Transportation from 2014 to 2018.
Driven by a vision to bring quality medical education and healthcare to the people of the region, Dr. Patnam Mahender Reddy Garu founded the Patnam Mahender Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences (PMRIMS) in 2019 at Chevella, Ranga Reddy District.
